Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

A. RETURN POLICY
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a full refund will be processed.

B. REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
- A change in size
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering, the size chart we have described with each product, we do not accept the return of products when the size customers choose is not suitable. To support customers, we will resend a new product of the right size with the price equal to 50% of the order you bought, please contact us via hotline: +1(919)666-2111 or mail support@3dfuncollect.com - You received the wrong item
Like we said; We are all human right? Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please send a photo of the incorrect item they received to support@3dfuncollect.comand one of the team will follow it up for you. - You received a damaged/faulty item
Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, maybe sew it yourself, use it as a rag or throw/give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email (support@3dfuncollect.com) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see in the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP - If you meet the above criteria please shoot us an email to support@3dfuncollect.com
Also, we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are returning your item for a refund. We strive to get you the best quality possible, so we’d love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.
C. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF
- You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as: Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied their coupon code.
D. CANCELATION REQUEST
If you change your mind and decide to cancel the order after payment, please contact us immediately in 24 hours after your payment is processed.
If you want to change your order to another item (with the same price only), please contact us and state clearly what you want to change to. They can be changed if they have not in production yet.

E. RETURN:
If you don't like the items and want to return it to us for a refund then you need to send the item back to our warehouse, once the returned item is received we will give you a full refund. In case the fault is not on our side, return shipping costs should be paid by the buyer.

How much is shipping?
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
Standard Shipping
Most apparel items are $5.99 shipping for one order shipped domestic and $7.99 shipping for one order to the rest of the world.
Shipping with insurance
The shipping with insurance option are $9.99 for an order shipped domestic and $14,99 for an order to the rest of the world.
Shipping insurance is a service that protects shippers from packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If an insured package does not reach its destination or if it is damaged on delivery, please email support@3dfuncollect.com with a picture or text of the problem with the package and we will send it back to you. You pack a new item at no cost. The following will be excluded from our transfer insurance policy: Goods damaged due to natural disasters or external factors beyond our control and responsibility. Goods have arrived in your mailbox but you did not take it leading to theft.
Express Shipping (6 – 8 business days for Shipping Time)
Most apparel items are $30.99 shipping for one order shipped domestic and $39.99 shipping for one order to the rest of the world.
How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
All our clothing/apparel are created On Demand and Cut and Sewed by hand! This means once you order a product the printing process starts. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 10-21 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.
Order in queue
After your payment has posted, your order will go into our waiting queue for 24 hours before printing. During this 24 hours, you can change the order detail (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order.
Production time
We typically take about 3-10 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered.
Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 10-21 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you don’t receive the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 4-7 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you receive it, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
